Specific Accountabilities
? Understands technical and functional design requirements
? Assists in physical and logical database design
? Creates prototypes for client engagements
? Designs, codes, and tests technical solutions
? Identifies system deficiencies and recommends solutions
? Perform impact analysis for change requests

? At least 4 years’ experience as the Java or related developer
? Has experience working in international company is major plus.
Experience and Qualifications
? Minimum IT Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience with at least 3~5 years of IT experience
? Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
? Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
? Experience in one RDBMS environment (preferably Oracle)
? Experience in Web technology (Tomcat, Apache, IBM WebSphere/BEA Application Server)
? Java/JSP/JSF/Rich Faces/Servlet/JDBC knowledge
? Experience in WebService technologic (and related standards)
? Eclipse/Maven knowledge
? Experience in Windows and Unix commands
? Experience with Products IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli
? Directory Integrator or IBM Tivoli Access Manager is major plus
? Willingness to work hard and be prepared to work on details
? Must be able to communicate in written and oral English
? Some travel may be required
