1、负责写字楼内的给排水系统设备设施的日常运行、维修、保养及各项记录工作。
2、完成上级主管布置的工作任务。
任职资格（管道工）：
1、户籍不限，身体健康，55岁以下；
2、两年以上相关工作经验，持有电工操作证。
3、具备较高的纪律性、责任心，能吃苦耐劳；
4、有写字楼、商场酒店相关工作经验优先。
