Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? Support manager to drive end to end reporting solution & closely business monitor that deliver holistic insights about eCom business performance & embedded data oriented culture into day to day work.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Planning
? Produce regular and random reports to track sales & web KPI performance
? Support business planning forecast by quarterly/monthly/daily and close monitor on daily basis
? Working with finance team to complete IBP target setting and support system upload
? Able to independently implement data science including product, web/campaign, revenue and conversion optimization.
Management
? Ensure accuracy and reliability of all reporting & analysis result
? Management of analytics tools/system like MSTR/TMALL ANALYTCIS/GA/ADOBE to consolidate all data insights and reporting
? Propose process adjustments/improvements to enhance data tracking/visibility
Processes
? Participate in the development of the integrated data solution and BI tools/reporting set up
? Support manager to prepare weekly/monthly ST review meeting

? Business Intelligence

? Data Vendor like AMI/Baozun/Tmall
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? Strong data analysis skills & planning skills
? Strategic Planning and critical thinking
? Tolerance to stress, high energy and strong job ownership
? High degree of integrity and loyalty
? Team player, demonstrating interests in training, coaching and motivating subordinates
? Business acumen, especially for e-commerce
? Communication skills, relationship management and empathy
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Professional background / Experience
? Functional: Minimum 2 years of experience in business planning/BI/Analytics function for multinational company; Internet company with eCom analytics experience is a plus
? Industry: Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or internet
? Others: involvement in any data solution/standardizationproject is a plus; any analytic experience related to TMALL/JD/GA/Adobe is a plus
Education
? University degree in business with Information Management/Statics/Computing, etc
