职位描述：
Duties and responsibilities

？ A highly pro-active expediting effort to include in-depth management of all functions within a vendor shop.
？ Be responsible to obtain and understand updated information required such as schedule, technical and commercial documents
？ Coordinate the disciplines between vendors and Jacobs to ensure that progress is sufficient to achieve the Purchase Order obligations.
？ Examine production stages, identifying areas of potential delay, and ensuring corrective action is taken where required.
？ Recommend the mitigation action plan to project after meeting with vendors.
？ Maintain and update JMMS system
？ Attend weekly progress meeting
？ Prepare and submit weekly report and flash daily report
？ Prepare Shipping Control Note (SCN’s) and hand over to Jacobs Transportation & Logistics personnel
？ Work closely with Jacobs L&T personnel to get material receiving report, and or follow up OS&D report to solve out the issue

Required qualification and ability

？ Strong coordination ability
？ Ability to read, write and communication in English
？ Understand and know how to use schedule by Microsoft project software
？ Be familiar with industrial fabrication process
？ Expediting background/experience in international project
