职位描述：
Main responsibility:
1.The Incumbent is in charge of Quality for the Injection Area within the respect of standards and procedures. He grants methodologies for Line QRAP and APU QRQC. In order to improve this mindset, he is training the injection staff with Gemba actions based on * Quality Standards. He is trained to Kaizen spirit and enforce logical thinking and step by step improvements.
2.He is the owner of Injection Quality KPI and present it through monthly meetings. He propose related improvement action plan to stay in-line with Quality targets.
3.He is in charge to manage and update control plan, instructions, dimensional Control, record cards, Master samples and Defect boundary samples in accordance with plant rules and procedures.
4.In case of anomaly or non conformity found, he is in charge of containment actions. He stops production, ensure related checks and sorting in relation with production team supervisors. He acts to get back to safe and stabilized situation in order to protect internal customers.
5.He realize analysis and investigations needed to identify factors and root causes. He activates and follow action plan til non conformities eradication.
6.He represents the internal customer(s) within injection area. He is providing internal customer informations, alerts and feedbacks to ensure Quick Response. He manages these internal incidents through APU QRQC and escalate them to Plant level if requested or needed.
7.He takes part to the definition of Validation Plan in accordance with product and process requirements.
8.He is in charge to realize or follow gauge measurements as well as 3D Measurements for serial, modified and new parts. He is in charge of dimensional validations for new material, new batch and new toolings as well as maintenance operations, tooling modfications or technical improvements. For this purpose, he proposes, design and ensure realization of required gauges equipments.
9.The incumbent is in charge of process audits related to new molds and part validation. He set up and pilot action plan to reach product and process qualification.
He ensures that standards are respected realizing OK Start audits as well as Gemba audits.
He knows and understands the safety requirements of the area. He prevents or immediately contain risks that he detects and/or encounter in his work or perimeter. He ensures that standards and basics are respected including Individual protections and safety checks.
For productivity as well as improvement topics within his area, he proposes, takes part and support workshops leading to Productivity improvements.

Qualification:
1. Engineering Degree in Mechanics with experiences in Plastic Automotive production. Previous Experience in Injection production is needed.
2. Capabilities to work on Micro-plastic components precision parts.
3. Confirmed knowledge in Mechanic, Statistics, SPC tools and Material
