Function Description 职能描述:
Distributes, provides guidance on and takes part in the tasks carried out in a forging line of several parts, with special attention to ensure that they are manufactured in the quantities, within the time and according to the quality requirements.

Goes through, with the head of the previous shift, any events relating to the production of forged parts, machinery/equipment failure and other relevant occurrences for the development of the work.
与前班班组长交接工作，任何与锻件生产、机器/设备故障和其它相关影响生产工作的事件。
Watches the development of the work under his responsibility, by controlling its performance and results.
在职责范围内负责操作工人的表现和绩效评估。
Solves routine technical problems of the equipment, material and tooling set-up and operation, in order to enhance efficiency and performance.
解决日常生产过程中设备、材料、模具安装和操作等技术问题，以提高效率和业绩。
Advises and takes part in the production of forged parts, so that it runs according to the pre-established schedule and quality throughout all the manufacturing stages.
参与锻造产品的生产并提供建议，以确保生产计划在保证产品质量的前提下能够顺利完成。
Keeps appropriate records of several data on the production flow, in order to keep his immediate superior informed and for the purpose of preparing production reports.

Assists his immediate superior in the creation and amendment of rules and procedures for his sector, as well as in the evaluation of his subordinates.

Oversees the personnel safety and provides guidance on the need to use the personal protection equipment, as well as the maintenance of housekeeping standards in the workplace.

Education or Equivalent 教育:
High School，Desirable Mechatronic Technician
专科以上学历，机电一体化专业优先。

Experience 经验要求:
forging experience or minimun production experience。
自动化生产线班组长经验，有锻造生产线相关工作经验者优先。

Competencies技能:
Essential 基本要求: Literacy and numeracy, Leadership, Verbal communication, Team playing skills
领导能力，良好的人际关系协调技能和团队管理能力。
Desirable 优先考虑的 (to develop): English skill, MS Office
有一定英文能力及熟练使用办公软件者优先。

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies. The company has state-of-the-art equipment focused on light and heavy vehicle crankshafts, serving the local and export crankshaft markets. The company starts of production from April 2013.
