Function Description 职能描述:
1. Under the supervisor’s guidance, takes responsibility for the performance of the services set out in the preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for machines, equipment and other operating systems of the company, in order to achieve and maintain their regular and proper operation. 在主管的指导下，负责按照相应的操作程序进行预防性维护和应急维修，以确保公司的机器，设备及其他装置正常、顺利和高效地运行
2. Assigns tasks, coaches subordinates on the procedures to be adopted, for the purpose of improving efficiency in the performance of the services.

3. Ensures that all the equipment units have been strictly inspected, according to the maintenance programs, in order to avoid their release in non-conforming operating conditions.

4. Monitors and takes part in disassembly works, identification of defects and causes, replacement of components, assemblies and adjustments required for a smooth operation.

5. Provides support to the subordinates in his area, clarifies doubts and solves technical and administrative problems of his sector.

7. Checks for any possible problems occurred and, together with his supervision, searches for an adequate manner to solve them.

8. Oversees the control of the use of the personal protection equipment required, maintenance of tools and equipment used in the work and the housekeeping in the workplace.

11. Assures legal compliance with HSE legislation for all process activities, and compliance with all TKCN/ TKECC HSE disciplines is observed.

Education or Equivalent 教育:
Mechanical Engineering (with electronics background ) or Electronic Engineering (with mechanical background). Bachelor degree is desirable
机电一体化（机械工程有电气工程知识背景或电气工程有机械工程知识背景）；大专以上学历，有学士学位者优先。

Experience 经验要求:
1. Minimum of 2 years as a maintenance leader. 至少两年的设备维护班组长管理经验
2. Minimum of 4 years directly experience related to electrician or locksmith 至少4年电气或机械维修工作经验

Competencies技能:
Essential 基本要求:
1. Language: Chinese 语言表达能力较强;
2. Computer: Be familiar with Word/Excel/PowerPoint 熟练使用软件Word/Excel/PowerPoint
3. Leadership: Good inter-personal and communication skills and team manage ability 良好的人际关系协调技能和团队管理能力

Desirable 优先考虑的 (to develop):
1. English desirable 有一定的英文处理能力者
2. Be good at fixing automatical or hydraulic failure 擅于处理设备自动化或液压方面故障者

thyssenkrupp has a registered capital of 126 MUSD and is investing 340 MUSD to build up a new fully owned plant - thyssenkrupp Engine Components (China) in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park, belongs to thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies.
