Roles and responsibility
？ Data analysis of IMS monthly report and all the data source we have in Merck
？ Management and maintenance on automatic report platform
？ Provide insights on all the reports that delivered to BU
？ Support on both China and global market research projects
？ Support on daily work for market research projects, such as Drug safety, working with BU on PO management and contract process
？ Support on market research projects throughout some period of time
？ Support to manage agencies to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of data and reports
？ Participate in the market research meeting to bring external perspectives and insight into the business planning for the BU products
？ Performs other related duties as required
Minimal requirement
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Highly developed IT skills, able to write software code and excel (VBA) code
？ Expert in PPT, word, excel; experience in Access is preferred
？ Strong analytical skills
？ Minimum 5 years direct experience within Healthcare research field
？ Good/ Excellent English language, written and oral
？ Communication skills – active listening, writing, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills
？ Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a team environment
？ Availability for travel
