职位描述：
1. Key Accountabilities
全面管理工厂的质量工作，监督管理待入库零部件的质量和成品的出厂质量，负责管理ISO等质量相关文件。
--质量体系运行监控
? 认真贯彻执行公司和有关部门下达的文件、规章制度；
? 负责组织制定质量检查制度和质量检验规程、并落地实施；
? 协助总经理建立、实施、保持质量体系的运转，开展内部质量审核工作。
--供应商管理和客户满意度提高
? 负责质量信息的收集、处理、反馈，参与对供应商产品的质量进行整改；
? 负责对产品的技术服务、不合格品的评审，对供应商、市场反馈的质量进行调查、确认、反馈、跟踪；
? 监督和指导配套件入厂的检查工作；
? 根据公司新产品开发计划做好相应的检验技术准备工作；
? 监督和指导成品的出厂检查工作；
? 负责向总经理报告质量状况和质量分析；
--团队建设
? 负责部门全面工作，制定部门工作计划；
? 安排本部门人员工作任务，指导、监督、检查完成情况；
? 根据各项管理工作的需要，对本部门人员进行培训，考核，不断提高本部门人员的业务水平和素质，提高工作质量和工作效率。

3. Person Specification

Essential:
? 大专以上学历
? 5年以上质量相关工作经验，3年以上质量管理经验
? 熟悉ERP操作系统和ISO质量管理体系标准，有内审员资格
? 工作认真负责，拥有良好的沟通及时间管理能力
? 分析能力和团队协作能力
? 良好的英语书面/口语能力
