ADAMA中国研发中心（南京）正在寻找一名制剂实验员。作为制剂实验室团队的一部分，他将致力于开发新农药制剂，改进现有制剂并为排除生产故障提供技术支持。他将负责制剂实验和测试的执行。应聘者应具备制剂科学的知识，有很高的积极性，富有责任感，诚实、正派，既能够在一个团队工作也能够独立工作，能做出决定，并能在压力下工作。

岗位职责：
?按照他的上级的规定在实验室进行研究，完成新的，改良的配方所需要的所有制剂实验室工作，包括发明理论配方，产品说明/配方表，实验室测试，稳定性测试/监控等。
?在每一个项目中和项目结束时记录并报告所有的实验、测试结果、规格以及最终制剂程序。
?发展生产指导说明，扩大批量，并转移工艺到工厂生产。
?利用各种资源，搜索技术信息。
?充分了解当前的行业趋势、实践、发展和监管政策的变化，这将影响产品，过程或制剂。评估新的和替代性原料的功能性和稳定性。
?遵守所有实验室安全，安全和内务管理的政策和程序。保持清洁和秩序。
?作为团队中的一员,工作并实现所有结果。

任职资格：
?化学专业本科或硕士学位（硕士优先）。
?至少2-5年的制剂实验室技术员经验。
?了解产品开发方法和质量标准。
?能够操作实验设备（有分析仪器操作经验者优先）。
?能汇总意见和建议并将其付诸实施。
?表明有持续发展和不断学习的意愿。
?能够组织优先顺序，遵守时间表，做出决定和解决问题。
?较强的口头和书面表达能力。
?诚实可靠，实时工作时能如实申报。
?能熟练使用Word，Excel和PowerPoint。

ADAMA China R&D Center (Nanjing) is looking for a Formulation Laboratory Technician to be part of the formulation lab team that work on development of new agrochemical formulations, improvement of existing formulations and production troubleshooting support. The technician will be responsible for the execution of formulations experiments and tests. Successful candidate should have knowledge in formulations science. He should be highly motivated, responsible, honest and decent, with the ability to work in a team, with "good hands", able to work independently, make decisions and work under pressure.



Responsibilities


· Doing research in the laboratory in accordance with the provisions of his superior - performs all formulation lab work requirements on new and modified formulas includes creation of theoretical formulation, product description/formulation sheet, lab tests, stability testing/monitoring etc.

· Record and report all experiments, test results, specifications, and final formula procedures it performs during and at the end of each project.

· Develop manufacturing instructions, scale up batches, and transfer processes into manufacturing.

· Conducts intellectual searches for technical information through a variety of resources.

· Keeps abreast of current trends, practices, developments, and regulatory changes, which would impact products, procedures, or formulation. Evaluate new and alternative raw materials for functionality and stability.

· Follow all laboratory safety, security and housekeeping policies and procedures. Maintaining cleanliness and order.

· Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.



Qualifications

· BSc./M.S. degree in Chemistry – Must (MSc – Advantage)

· Experience of at least 2-5 years as a Formulation Lab Technician.

· Understanding of product development methodologies and quality standards.

· Ability to operate laboratory equipment (analytical equipment operating experience - an advantage).

· The ability to pull together ideas and suggestions and then get this implemented.

· Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing development and continuous learning.

· Ability to organize prioritizes, meet schedules, make decisions and solve problems.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Reliability, truthful reporting in real-time while working.

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
