Walter in Wuxi is seeking for an
 
Facility Support (4 month contract)
Walter offers a comprehensive range of innovative tool solutions for turning, drilling, milling and threading operations, as well as multilevel service programs. Walter has a total of around 3,800 employees and around 50 subsidiaries and distribution partners worldwide.
The five competence brands of Walter, Walter Titex, Walter Prototyp, Walter Valenite and Walter Multiply, are united under one company umbrella. With a product range of around 49,000 catalogue tools for milling, drilling, turning and threading, Walter is a complete service provider for the metalworking industry. Specialists working in the relevant competence brands jointly develop integrated processing solutions for machining. Here their comprehensive expertise in the automotive sector, the aerospace industry, energy, rail transport and general mechanical engineering stands them in good stead.
The position would directly report to Admin & Facility Management Supervisor, below please refer to the job description:
Key performance area:
？ Support Admin & Facility Supervisor with below affairs:
？ According to the maintenance preventing plan, implement the repair work of construction, facilities and public utilities.
？ Draft the maintenance instructions and preventive maintenance plan.
？ Maintenance & repair office equipment
？ Cost management for water, electricity and steam
？ Manage the daily work of guard and cleaner.
？ Other related work of admin department
？ Support Stock keeper with below affairs:
？ Check shipment from supplier according to delivery note
？ Make shipment to customer according to picking list
？ Other related work of logistics department
Your profile:
？ Familiar operation of Word, Excel
？ Strong practical ability
？ Good team spirit and ability of organization and communication skills
？ Can read English
？ Familiar with AutoCAD，Microsoft Office
？ Have work experience in facilities maintenance
As a person you are proactive, self-motivated and one with lot of initiative, courage and integrity and a business minded, result oriented attitude. You also have strong communication skills and can work in an English environment.
