The role of job:
This role will be responsible for expat teacher recruitment and ensure the quantity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness of teacher supply meet the academic and operational demand, must be result-driven, detail and campus oriented to provide recruitment services.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve recruitment target timely with quality
2. Develop and maintain recruitment channels, including online, offline, campus recruitment and referral campaigns
3. Conduct initial interviews and arrange following up interviews
4. Follow up offering process from negotiation to on boarding process
5. Conduct background check for candidates
6. Ensure the recruiting and on boarding process run effectively and smoothly
7. Develop and cooperating with international recruiters based outside China.
8. Assistance on working visa process for expat teachers
9. Results-oriented
Requirements:
1. Experience hiring and managing foreign employees essential
2. Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent oral English; in-depth understanding of western culture and thought. Overseas education background preferred.
3. Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferable in Education industry.
4. Professional appearance and temperament; quick-witted, with strong learning ability.
5. Enthusiastic and generous; hard-working; proactive; strong sense of service and responsibility, with the ability to work on own initiative.
6. Good team-player with excellent communication, leadership and management skills.
7. Possess good know-how and sourcing skills for major job boards and social media.
