岗位概要: Key Performance Area
Ensure the food safety, regulatory compliance and quality of our products. Act as the "go to" person for the SBU on QRO issues and questions.
? Work closely with the business teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales) and technical functions (R&D, QRO, Manufacturing, Engineering and Sourcing) to build food safety into the design of our products, both in innovation and renovation.
? Partner with the plant QRO Managers to ensure all food safety (to include policy), regulatory, and quality requirements are met.
? Work closely with customers and consumer to ensure we are meeting their needs.

? Participate SBU routine innovation/renovation meetings on behalf of QRO
? Work closely with cross-function team to assesses and mitigates risks in product design, key engineering projects and ensures seamless transition to the plants
? Partner with the plant to develop and track goals and strategies that will meet consumer, customer, business needs and policies.
? Track and trend customer/consumer complaint data and influence the broader business as needed to ensure consumer/customer satisfaction.
? Other duties as assigned.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Strong leadership capability and rich quality management experience.
? Diligent, principled, responsible, honest and with strong logical analysis
? Good communication skill and good time management
? Focuses priorities and develops/implements high quality plans to achieve results
? Be able to work under great pressure and work overtime
? University education, major in Food Science, Food Processing & Technology, Microbiology or Biological Chemistry
