职位描述：
Position： Senior Category Manager
Report To：Sourcing Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Management of current supplier panel. Fulfill financial target set by different commodity and BU.
2. Take part in and guide the new sourcing activities for new sub commodity. Understand and evaluate the supply status for special fields in China, in view of quality, technical, quality, risk and so on. Organize and integrate the colleague from different function.
3. Support the group supply chain from delivery schedule, stock level, and the best transportation proposal. Settle up urgent case per request form group plant worldwide.
4. Market research in key components and industry, keep in line with product develop trend.
5. Maintain key supplier relationship, drive excellence in functional execution in supply chain. Develop effective cross functional and inter-regional relationships.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering field, preferably in engineering;
2. Above 8 years’ experience in related field in auto industry, 5 years management role is preferred;
3. Self motivated and work independently with strong negotiation and communication skill between different level.
4. Good coordination skill, team player;
5. Office tool and fluent English in speaking and writing is must. 举报 分享
