职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support CH3 Opal project on construction safety management, permits application, project HSE acceptance, PSSR, trial production, employee HSE training, daily HSE management etc.
Support to existing CH1 HSE work on project HSE management, HSE training.
Manage and coordinate the implementation of the HSE management systems at AGN Nanjing plan in line with the management requirement and local regulations;
- Coordinate and lead the HSE management for construction and engineering project, and get the related permits in time.
- Conduct and coordinate risk assessments and incident investigations in plant;
- Monitor the data of HSE related such as the report of incident, near miss and make regular trend analysis and improvement actions;
- Lead specific HSE improvement projects;
- Participate and lead Health Safety and Environmental audits;
- Develop and draft for HSE procedures, training materials to meet new requirement and improve for current HSE document structure;
- Provide training to the staff in AGN, make sure they have enable knowledge on EHS;
- Participate in management reviews of the Health Safety and Environmental program;
- Participate in the site or external HSE related meeting;
- Conduct workplace and environmental monitoring as required by legislation;
- Provide applicable reports and information as required by management or legislative authorities;
- Complete other HSE work assigned by manager;

PROFILE SPECIFICATION
6 years of HS&E experiences in manufacturing enterprises
Be familiar with with chinese and OHSA health/environment/safety regulation
Good oral and written English skills
Registered Safety Engineer
