职位描述：
主要职责：
1． 分公司业务、费用、资产核算及账务处理；
2． 根据具体工作安排，负责处理分公司机构工商、税务事项，完成纳税申报；
3． 分公司及下属机构对内、对外报表编制；
4． 负责分公司、机构预算编制、调整，预算初审、预算执行跟踪检查与控制；
5． 配合分公司机构财务审计等外部检查；
6． 负责分公司机构会计档案附件的管理、归档；
7． 机构财务部负责人安排的其他工作；

岗位要求：
1． 正直、诚信、富有责任感，具有优秀的职业道德；
2． 较强的学习和应变能力以及抗压能力；
3． 优秀的团队合作精神，较强的沟通和协调能力
4． 良好的财务理论基础和技能；熟悉中国税法和规定；具备一定的财务软件和计算机使用技能。

资格要求：
1． 财类管理相关专业毕业
2． 具备一定的英语听读能力
3． 四年以上财务工作经验， 具备二年以上保险公司同业财务工作经验
