职位描述：
Job Requirement:
College degree above or equivalent, HR relevant is preferred
Min. 3 years’ experience in HR payroll function
Familiar with the HR related social benefit in Greater China
Various HR system knowledge and proficient practice
Well self-structured, logical thinking, high sensitive to figures, service oriented, and accountable, dedicated, team player
Microsoft Office software, excellent excel user, MS Access is advantage
Proficient in English and Putonghua, Cantonese is advantage

Job Task:
Ensure timely and accurate exectuion of payroll in Greater China, which is included payroll calculation, social insurance management, IIT declare, time and attendance management
Implement employee personal-file management and e-filing;
HRIS date maintain in a timely basis and accuracy, make sure the information is under secured status
Prepare HR monthly report for reviewing
Prepare the necessary documents and support HRBP for employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including onboarding, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, promotion, probation, etc.
Verify the benefit applications to ensure HR operations practice aligns with local labor law and company regulations.
Liaison with employees to solve any questions on payroll
