职位描述：
*Major Accountabilities
? Alignment and harmonization across BU implementation of policy and procedure
? Optimization of high quality SFE operation process implementation: including Sales Structure set up, target setting, territory management, focus/target hospital selection, Segmentation and targeting...
? Identify and drive operational and process improvements to deliver more efficient and/or ef-fective field force and SO performance
? Set up the project to enhance the operation and lead the project implement
? Investigating sales activities to make them more efficient, and drive the right sales behaviour
? Task analysis and evaluating surveys and workshop results.
? Document any identified required changes, and communicate them to the relevant third par-ties/colleagues.
? Using SFE resources at an advanced level to create SFE solutions, enabling organizations to better meet their goals.
? Training staff in how to use the new systems.

*Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above;Major in Statistics/Mathematics/Information Technology is preferred
-Fluent in English speaking, Write and Read
? Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MNCs
? At least 2~3 years Working experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or
healthcare related industries is a must, more than one year experience in consultant
Company is preferred.
? Project lead experience is preferred
? A high level of business acumen, maths ability
? Good analytical , Logical thinking / structured and process oriented / Detailed-oriented
? Proficient in analysis /presentation / Excel and MS Office skill
? Excellent problem-solving skill
? Be proactive, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Fast-learning capabilities
