职位描述：

Summary:

In full compliance with FCI purchasing policy, the site purchasing engineer coordinates activities involved with procuring goods and services, such as raw material, components, equipments, tools, or general supplies.

Required:

· Engineering education background requested.

· Purchasing diploma with at least 8 years experience in purchasing

· More than 5 years purchasing working experience

· Must have manufacturing & sourcing / supply chain management background

· Must be familiar with sourcing practices. Commercial and/or technical experience with regards to contract preparation, negotiation, technical capability assessment and development of strategic relationships.

· Independent, self-motivator with a technical, commercial mind set.

· Fluent in English

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Self-starter and teamwork is required.
