The test engineer performs appropriate testing and/or quality assurance of software components and adheres to the testing processes including the bug process. Responsible for keeping the defined testing productivity.

软件测试工程师根据测试用例进行测试, 在测试过程中严格保证测试质量, 撰写Bug Report并跟踪BUG.

Responsibilities:
* implement and apply the project testkit and plan
* execute pre-defined test cases and report software errors
* monitor assigned bugs and supply relevant information required by software engineers
* keep bug standards and adequacy in the bug database as per project criteria
* keep the estimated times, flag productivity issues in timely manner
* communicate closely and pro-actively with the Test Lead
* report relevant issues to the project Test Lead or PM
岗位职责:
* 根据测试计划, 在测试组长的组织安排下执行测试工作
* 根据测试用例对客户提供的本地化软件产品进行测试, 并且汇报BUG到指定数据库
* 跟踪所提交的BUG, 并且提供软件工程师所需要的相关资料信息
* 严格按照客户的标准和要求进行BUG报告
* 根据客户预计的时间, 保证测试进度，按时完成测试任务
* 测试过程中及时向Test Leader或PM报告相关的产品问题, 汇报工作进度
* 对客户尚未发售的产品严格保密
Knowledge and skills:
* junior college degree or above; Above CET-4.
* good knowledge of Windows operating systems, advanced user knowledge of typical PC applications (like MS Excel) or equivalents; (Mac or Linux knowledge is plus).
* good English spoken and written
* initiative approach aimed at achieving the highest quality of the tested product.

技术要求:
* 大专以上学历，英语四级以上
* 掌握Windows 操作系统多个版本的操作和基本知识, 熟练使用办公软件 (尤其Excel，Outlook)，同时掌握Mac或Linux使用者优先
* 良好的英文阅读理解和写作能力
* 良好的分析问题的能力，能在产品测试过程中能主动发现并善于处理问题
* 工作认真细致，有上进心和良好的团队合作意识，热爱软件测试工作 举报 分享
