Responsibility:

1. Deliver Sales Target;

2. Maintain store relationship.In store training for Sephora BA to improve brand awareness and product knowledge and selling skill;

3.Coordinate and organize Beauty Class campaign to improve brand awareness and deliver sales target.Deliver sales target during Animation,promotion and prestige night period;

4.Check product display&stock in Sephora store and Animation furniture, timely feedback display photo or OOS;

5.Analyze store sales performance and provide improvement plan;

6.Provide competitive intelligence report including NI or campaign.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above, marketing management is preferred;

2. One year above experience of Field Coach or Supervisor，Sephora channel is preferred.

3. Basic Excel and Word skill;

4. Out-going,adaptability and good communication skill;

5.Good image and affinity;

6.Able to accept business trip.
