职位描述：
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Qualification of suppliers;
2.Factory mapping management;
3.Traceability / Undeclared subcontracting:
4.Audits:
5.Factory CHECK LIST: (FCL);
6. BSCI audit management, etc.

GENERAL MISSION:
- Auditor Competences:
? Auditor Attitude (willingness to investigate below the surface, receptivity to listening to differing views, neutrality toward management and workers)
? Auditor Skills (worker interview and document review techniques)
? Auditor Knowledge (general audit process, local Labor Laws, safety local requirements…)
- Knowledge of BSCI, SA8000 and social and fire safety auditing
- Knowledge of textile industry is highly appreciated
- Ability to write reports in understandable English
- Ability to speak English with company’s management
- Good communication skills
- Computer abilities (Word, Excel…)
- Integrity, open-minded vision, impartiality, Independence, and high motivation are the qualities we are looking for.
