职位描述：
1） 协助并督导安全生产，检查、消除、记录和报告本区域存在的安全隐患，做好员工安全教育及部门安全记录；
To assist and supervise the safety in production, inspection, eliminate, record and report the hidden trouble in security area, completes the employee safety education and safety department records.
2） 喷釉机械手管理与维护，新产品喷釉程序录制，确保机械手的稳定运行及产质量；
Spray Robot management and maintenance, new offliine program recording, Make sure the stable running of the Robot and production quality and quantity.
3） 熟悉机器人PLC程序和安全监控程序，熟悉机器人电控及应用系统；
Familiar with PLC program and AS-i safety monitoring procedures, robot control and application system.
4） 编制与协助编制SOP文件，并不断对SOP进行完善更新。监督SOP执行情况；
Assist the compilation of SOP documents, and its constinous updates. Supervise SOP implementation.
5） 就人员、质量、技术、设备等方面的问题及时与生产经理及相关人员进行沟通、分析与协调，提出合理化建议；
Communicate issues regarding personnel, quality, technology, equipment, etc with the production manager and concerned personnel. Make analysis and suggestions to solve such issues.
6） 协助对员工工作做出评议，不断完善部门制度，提高制度有效性与执行力；
Assist appraisal of SKR personnel and constantly improve the system of department including its effectiveness and execution
7） 负责内审配合工作。确保所有运行、记录、计量器具和维护活动均符合ISO9001:2008、ISO14001:2004、OHSAS18001:2007和中国环境标志的要求；
Responsible for the internal audit work. Make sure that all the running, recording, measuring instruments and maintenance activities are in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:2007 and Chinese environment mark.
8） 执行上级主管交办的其他任务；
Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
9） 对自己的安全行为/安全绩效负责。
Resposible to safety behavior/ safety performance for oneself.
岗位要求：
Education required:
本科及以上，计算机应用专业、自动化专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer application or automation.
Experience required：
在机器人行业工作3年以上
 3 years above the robot ware working experience.
Equipment Used
熟练掌握计算机操作
Familiar with Computer
 Knowledge/Skill required
精通自动化控制
Master using the automation Control.
具有分析问题及解决问题能力
Have the skill of analyzing and solving problem.
具有很好的沟通能力
Good communication.
能用流利的英语（说、写）进行交流
