职位描述：
客服主管（服务类）1名
岗位职责：
1.负责组织、指挥、督导和控制客服人员的服务进程、工作纪律和服务仪态；
2.负责组织、督促和跟进处理业户服务需求；
3.负责组织处理及分析各类普通诉求，直接处理严重投诉；
4.负责组织实施沟通访问和满意度调查，并提交分析报告；
5.负责协助处理各类突发事件，疑难问题跟踪；
6.负责接待，听取业户意见和建议，并对业户的意见进行汇总分析，上报并持续改进；
7.负责客服人员的培训和考核，并制定《月培训计划》组织实施；
8. 对业户各类服务诉求提交服务月报，并提出相应整改要求；
9负责上级领导交办的其他工作。

2. 社区服务及社区文化活动的组织协调；
3. 业户满意度指标确定；
4. 客户维护方案制定；
5. 年度业户活动方案计划；
6. 部门之间的协调沟通；
7. 养生农场租赁服务的管理；
8 .产证代办的协调管理；
3.2.9 业主房屋受托转租的服务；
3.2.10 城际班车、社区班车的服务对接。
任职条件：
1、全日制专科及以上学历；
2、有大型房地产、物业公司客户服务工作2年及以上；
3、参与过项目入伙工作，责任心强、组织协调能力强、抗压能力强、执行力；
3、具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力与执行力；
4、负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
5、35周岁以下，男女不限，口齿清晰，普通话流利，精神面貌佳；
7、能够具备异地工作要求；
8、热爱养老事业，有工作激情及进取精神。
