职位描述：
岗位职责：
1） 负责接待服务中心的各类来人来电并进行登记、跟进；
2） 负责业主入住手续的办理和登记，定期整理住户资料；
3） 负责办理社区业户物品搬运放行的手续；
4） 负责为业主办理入住、居家服务预订、二次装修手续，装修人员出入证（收费、登记）等各种服务的相关手续；
5） 负责接听来电、填写“工作记录”、转发“维修单”或“服务单”至各相关部门人员签收、跟踪落实相关事宜、将信息及时反馈给业主；
6） 负责对各类普通诉求的处理及各类严重诉求的上报和协调；
7） 负责做好服务中心值班记录和交接班记录，做好来访业主的投诉、建议记录，并按公司规定及时做好回访记录；
8） 负责受理业主来电、书面、邮件及网站的意见和投诉；
9） 负责业主的票务预订服务；
10）负责对业户的服务需求落实后的电话回访；
11）负责上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职条件：
1、全日制专科及以上学历；
2、有大型房地产、物业公司客户服务工作2年及以上；
3、参与过项目入伙工作，责任心强、组织协调能力强、抗压能力强、执行力；
3、具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力与执行力；
4、负有责任心，性格活泼开朗，具有亲和力；
5、35周岁以下，男女不限，口齿清晰，普通话流利，精神面貌佳；
7、能够具备异地工作要求；
8、热爱养老事业，有工作激情及进取精神。
