? Enforce compensation & benefits philosophy
? Propose Pay structure and merit matrix with supporting
? Conduct job evaluation
? Establish annual compensation & benefits calendar taking into account country specifics
? Build a Total Compensation System for employee communication
? Keep abreast of current trends in C&B that might allow increased efficiency/effectiveness and decreased costs
? Seek and obtain market salary and benefits data via external providers & appropriate sources
? Ensure validity of benchmark job data and quality of survey results
? Analyze survey results and work in conjunction with Region HR colleagues to propose appropriate salary budget and benefits changes
? Assist HRM to obtain management buy in for changes and provide information for final approval
? In conjunction with Region HR colleagues, implement and roll out core programs
? Assist HRM to establish/update, where necessary all compensation and benefits related policies and procedures for approval by HRM
? Ad Hoc Project Work
? Additional projects will be assigned to this role periodically to assist in the review/enhancement of current programs or implementation of new HR initiatives
? Strong C&B background
? Solid experience in job analysis, job evaluation utilizing Hay, Mercer, AonHewitt and Towers Watson or similar methodology.
? Strong analytical skills. Systematic with strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communicator.
? Strong interpersonal skills, influential, analytical and team player. Able to work in unstructured environment. A self starter.
? Computer literacy in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
? University graduate in HR/BA prefers.
? 5 years of experience in C&B especially working in MNCs.
