Duties & Responsibilities

Business Analysis, Reporting & Control
?Monitor Consumer sales performance, distribution assessment and expense utilization of personal insurance business activities in China
?Responsible for delivering regular business reports
?Support the sales team in preparing account and portfolio review information and presentations for internal and external audiences
?Support on budget and expense control
?Support China Personal Insurance on market intelligence collection, marketing planning and prioritizing
?e-Commence Support & Administration
?Support China Personal Insurance team to maintain business relationship with B2B partners such as traditional travel agencies, OTA(Online travel agency), airline companies, brokers and sideline agencies, etc.
?Responsible for preparation of sales and product training materials for e-commence distribution, clients and internal staff
?Facilitate paper work for the approval of initiatives such as events, campaigns, and incentives
?Complete regulatory exams and e-Commence compliance support



 Position Requirements:

?Bachelor’s degree or above
?Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
?Experience in finance administration or business analysis is preferred
?Strong initiative and drive; be results-oriented
?Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
?Technology savvy
?Proficiency in English and local language required
?Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PPT; Database modeling and data mining experience preferred 举报 分享
