Position Summary:

The Project Leader oversees the initiation, development and execution of assigned projects within a defined period of time. The Project Leader will work closely with the functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead the detailed planning and management of projects through to project completion (Infor XA ERP implementation for both manufacturing and trading organizations)
? Ensure project milestones and targets are met by actively managing project on a day to day basis through appropriate resource, issue, and risk management
? Manage implementations consultants to ensure proper scope, delivery quality, milestone achievements, financial budget, change control
? Deliver an assigned project to a successful conclusion (on time, on budget, and in scope)
? Assist or lead the development of business requirements, solution design & delivery, testing and training
? Support solutions after deployed for high uptime, user support, and future enhancements/integrations
? Report to the management function for the duration of the project
? Participate in steering committee meetings to communicate project statuses and confirm strategic direction with technology related projects
? Comply with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures
? Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

? 2 year technical education beyond high school, Associates Degree preferred
? Equivalent work experience acceptable
? Project management training or certification a plus
? Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance
? Strong organizational skills
? Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audience
? Able to complete assignment with minimal direction
? Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to networking problems and issues
? Enhanced PC knowledge and skill sets utilizing Microsoft products
? Familiarity of Microsoft Project a plus
? Interest in expanding one’s knowledge in the technology industry
? Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
