职位描述：
Job Summary
- Monitor operator to carry out work plan
- Guide workshop CIP
- Keep production running in good condition

Roles and Responsibilities
- Arrange daily work for operator and keep their work according to WI.
- Do LPC for workshop, check 5S and monitor the status of AM and so on.
- Communicate with operator, inspire, encourage operator to reach target.
- Make training plan for operator.
- Communicate with another function colleague to keep production running.
- Handle quality problem and break down in workshop, escalation if necessary
- Keep company’s policy and regulation implemented in workshop.
- Guide workshop CIP meetings.
- Keep operation of operator is comply safety standard.
- Evaluate operator performance every month.
- Another task from supervisor

Qualifications Requirement
- Technical school or above
- College is prefer

Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- Over 5 years shift leader experience in BOSCH plant
- Good Knowledge of mechanical or electrical
- Good communication skill with others
