工作职责
1、 常州工厂行政办公室管理
负责管理常州工厂日常行政工作，办公用品采购和领取发放、门禁设置、食堂餐券费用结算、办公设施维护和环境建设、保洁管理等。
2、 厂区安全保障和环境改善建设
负责管理厂区内部安全防火，定期组织内部安全检查，达到安防验厂要求，安防设备日常维护。
与晶能配合协调，改善厂区内部环境和物业。
3 、厂区车辆管理
负责安排往来常州工厂客人行程及车辆接送；执行内部车辆使用管理制度。
4 、协助人力资源管理工作
协助社保缴纳、人员考勤和人员入职离职手续办理
5、领导安排的临时性工作
