1.收取客户提供的托书及计划，安排报关及处理报关问题

2.日常和客户的交流处理客户提出空运操作上碰到的问题解决问题

3.后续货物的跟踪 交货时产生的问题（安检 库区 签单 收货处）及时和客户沟通，货物起飞后系统结算

4.处理客户的投诉，纠纷及上级安排相关工作

任职要求：

1.具备货代出口业务经验者从优

3.具有较强的工作责任感，沟通协调、抗压能力强

4.熟知各航司及库区操作要求
