职位描述：
Job Title: Visual Merchandizing Executive

Report to: ISE Manager

Main Responsiblity:

To provide visual merchandising execution service of own retail, and build up efficient and success retail VM sample.

- Assist VM head to implement visual merchandising strategies and materials, including window display, product launching plan, etc.
- Execute the standard of designated stores
- Support new store opening activities and special event such as Press Events, Fashion Shows, etc.

Needed Competencies:

- Good execution in VM system and process implementation.
- Good communication skills
- Experience to handle multi-brand challenges will be preferred
- Willing to create & drive change to be better

Education:

College degree or above, major in Art or Design will be preferred.

Needed Work Experience:

- Minimum 3 year relevant experience in retail environment, hands-on experience in visual merchandising, eg. window display etc.
- Passion and strong sense in fashion trend and color
- Proficient with computer skills(office and Visual Merchandising related)
- Passion in outdoor and sports industry 举报 分享
