Responsibilities:
BrandStore
? Manage CPS for individual category/brand implementation; issues/risks, via Concerto
? Proactively manage escalations back with BrandStore/BAM and/or BU leadership, as appropriate
? Expert on the BrandStore Expansion Toolkit
? Responsible for E2E activation of each RBU/SMO in scope
? Collect, submit, & track to completion of any configuration and access requests
? Coach BU activation team resources on steps necessary for a successful BrandStore deployment
? Expert on the BrandStore solution
? Build a self-sustaining network of BrandStore Managers in the BUs
Automated Pack Shots
? Become an expert on the Automated Pack Shot process in BAM
? Lead Brand Activation Teams
o Manage CPS for individual brand implementations of APS
o Proactively manage issues/risk and escalation back to BAM APS team and Brand Leadership
o Expert on the APS Toolkit
o Serves as primary liaison between the BAM APS Core Team and Brand leadership for activation progress
? Join the APS Multi-functional Core Team:
o Project Leader – Farrah Jackson; Service Manager – Irene Albert; Commercial Owner – Elika Vadie
o Purchasing Leader – Emilie Dessaigne; Design SPOC – Kara Bartels
o EU Based APS PM for brands led out of EU – Max Wainwright
Qualifications:
Proficient in Project Management Skills
? Manage & lead teams through a defined set of tasks, manage issues/risks, and track deliverables toward an on-time completion with quality
? Manage multiple teams/work stream simultaneously following a defined toolkit
? Escalate to BrandStore Core Team when/where needed to keep projects on track
? Successfully leverage Critical Chain Project Management methodology/mindset
? Change Management – stakeholder & client management
Strong Communication Skills
? Strong written & oral communication skills - influencing, straight talk, issue escalation, concierge level support skills
? Training development & execution
? Ability to successfully manage a project across a wide range of user expectations and levels of engagement
? Clearly communicate steps to complete technical readiness for solution (BrandStore/APS/Collections) activation to a commercially minded audience
? Ability to effectively train others on a new solution or work process, including tailoring materials to audience based on any specific needs (eg. Language)
? Ability to identify opportunities for improvements (or unmet needs) in the BrandStore Activation toolkit and involve the correct resources to resolve
? Fluency in Written & Oral Mandarin
Comfortable Embracing New Technology & Work Processes
? Quickly pick up new solutions & work processes & serve as an expert in the eyes of the business
? Easily communicate & align a brand to configuration options, document, & submit to Operations for execution
? Experience in solution/technology/work process deployment
Self-Motivated: Requires Low Supervision/Coaching after initial onboarding & training
? Ability to receive workplan and execute with minimal ongoing coaching/hands-on support
? Leverages his/her network and/or contacts to address barriers before escalating / knows when to ask to help
