职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
To facilitate the growth of the aerospace product in Northern China including but not limited to Beijing, Tianjin, Xian, Shenyang and Harbin, this position is created to reflect the rising demands from internal and external of organization on various natures of business methods in aviation logistics industry.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Taking the leading role in NCN Aerospace cluster with diversified function from operation arrangement, customer service level enhancement, commercial implantation for both local and network business.
2. To ensure the maintenance and development of the portfolio customers assigned.
3. Be responsible for network inquires with a clear mind set of methodology of promoting network business with a proactive coordination in NCN.
4. Take the leading role on existing and prospective key accounts for new contract implementation including but not limited to flow analysis/design/P&L justification basing on industrial knowledge on logistics and aviation.
5. Be responsible for new trade lane development from domestic airliners, OEM including Chinese States owned enterprise and direct foreign investment companies. Develop the existing portfolio with new customers with the strategy defined with GCN and Regional Aerospace Manager.
6. Assist GCN Aerospace on global/regional account RFQ/RFI and implementation on across region scale.
7. Be proactively involved with local airliners, OEMs, MROs, LSP subcontractors in aviation market to obtain most updated market trend, flow forecast for the ultimate purpose of self-improvement, and knowledge to be shared with junior staff and network if practical.
BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
1. 3 to 5 years of experience in a 3PL industry with aviation logistics as concentration.
2. Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks.
5. Good negotiation skills, proved records of sales achievement in aviation logistics.
6. Must have Good verbal and written communications skills.
7. Must have a natural excellence in communication.
