百利得安全气囊国际贸易（上海）有限公司作为KSS在亚太地区的总部，主要负责亚太区内各分支机构的财务、人力资源,供应链以及工程技术等事务的管理；同时作为中国区技术中心，我们以总公司强大的技术背景和欧美研发中心为依托，无缝衔接全球的工程技术导入和新产品技术开发。

KSS在中国区还有4个独资公司和2个合资公司，分别为：百利得安全气囊国际贸易（上海）有限公司、上海檀创汽车技术有限公司，百利得（湖州）汽车安全系统有限公司、百利得汽车主动安全系统（苏州）有限公司、延峰百利得（上海）汽车安全系统有限公司、天津百利得汽车零部件有限公司。

此外，在亚太区KSS经营管理场所还分布在日本，韩国，泰国以及印度。

百利得（湖州）汽车安全系统有限公司是由美国KSS公司投资设立的独资子公司。于2007年7月完成了工商注册，2009年开始投入生产。公司总占地面积100，000平方米，其总体战略目标要达到年产1200万件汽车安全系统及其相配套的电子控制装置及零配件；年销售额要达到11亿人民币，目前员工有500人左右，二期厂房目前正在建设中。
