   长安马自达发动机有限公司由重庆长安汽车股份有限公司和马自达汽车株式会社共同合资兴建，现有员工近2500人。公司注册资本17270万美元，其中重庆长安汽车股份有限公司和马自达汽车株式会社各占股份的50%。
Changan Mazda engine co., ltd. was jointly invested by Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd.and Mazda Motor Co.,Ltd.,current employee number is around 2500, total registered capital reaching usd172.7 million,in which Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd.and Mazda Motor Co.,Ltd., respectively hold 50% each.
    公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，目前已建成了先进完备的铸造、机加、总装三大工艺的15条生产线，产品谱系包括BZ、 New I4、Sigma、Sky四大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3l至2.3l，发动机年综合生产能力达43万台。
ChanganFordMazda engine co., ltd. was established on september 26, 2005. the company has installed 15 advanced production lines including casting, machining and assembly, the production include three engine series of BZ, New I4, Sigma and Sky and displacement from 1.3l to 2.3l. the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year.
