职位描述：
?Maintain production to meet all shipping schedules
?Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing with zero defect methodology including process documentation required.
?Identify lean & continuous improvement (e.g. cycle time times, scrap, quality, material cost reduction, regrind implementation, etc.) to existing process and tooling related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality, and/or design.
?Responsible for development of processes that yields parts conforming to specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time.
?Provide support on new product launch tooling and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for development of new process, parts and tooling.
?Support new tool validation to ensure reliable and robust production processes.

?Ensure production reporting, Cost, Quality, Delivery and Motivation indicators
?Direct supervision of hourly work force to maximize efficiency and reduce operating costs
?Complete workplace inspections and process audits as required, analyze data and corrective actions are implemented (cost breakdown, problem solving, trouble shooting…).
?Provide technical support on equipment in assigned area, follow up of preventive maintenance plan
?Ensure proper training is given and recorded for all employees.
?Ensure human resources topics and personnel issues.

?Involve in a global coordination to share and define standards. Identify and investigate potential new tooling concepts and processes.
?Apply in his field safety procedure and have a role model in safety rule appliance.


Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree .Major in plastic or mechanical engineering engineer degree.
2. 5 years or above in Mold engineering or injection molding experience at least 3 years experience in automotive industrial. Experience in HAVC is plus.
3.English good at reading and writting.Basic communication in oral English.
