职位描述：
岗位职责：
- Coordination and control of the Injection production process in order to realise the planned production orders, respecting the quality standards requested by the client;
协调和监控注塑生产过程，确保生产计划得以执行，且产品质量满足客户要求。"
- Finding solutions for all the complaints from the client;针对客户抱怨，寻找解决方案。
- Realisation of the planned production norm;按计划完成生产任务。
- Achieving the quality standards requested by the client;满足客户质量要求。
"- Management of the human resources and of the materials in his area of responsibility;
管理职责范围内的物料及人员。"
- Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work procedures and instructions in collaboration with the Technical and Training departments;配合技术和培训部门，进行有关工作内容和流程的培训并监督执行
- Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work and quality norms in collaboration with the Quality department;配合质量部门进行质量标准及先关适用工作的培训并监督执行
"- Knowledge and supervision of the application of the work health and safety norms;
进行有关职业健康及安全方面的知识及规范的培训，并监督执行。"
- Ensuring the work discipline of the personnel in his subordination;确保所属模具维修员工遵守工作纪律

- Ensuring the cleanliness and order in his area and equipments of responsibility;负责现场职责区域内，设备整洁、有序。
- Ensuring the integrity of the goods in the plant.负责工厂内的物品完好无损。


岗位要求：
a) Professional education（学历）
Bachelor in technic and mechanic engineering or diploma工艺与机械工程专业学士或硕士
b) Professional experience（工作经验）
min.3 years 'Experience in the field of PUR Injection Manufacture相关PUR注塑行业3年以上
Harness PUR Injection is an advantage.线束PUR注塑工艺优先
c) Knowledge（相关知识）
- Computer skills (Excel, Word) - medium level;计算机技能（Excel,Word) -中级水平
- Knowledge of English language - medium level;英语能力 -中级水平
"- Advanced knowledge of electrical harnesses manufacture, after training period;
经过培训具有先进电子线束制造知识"
- Knowledge of the quality norms, work procedures and instructions that regulate the activity of the Production department, after training period;经过培训具备正规生产部门有关质量标准、工作内容及流程方面的知识。
"- Knowledge of the quality standards specific to systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001 si ISO/TS16949;

       长春科世得润（KSD）汽车部件有限公司是深圳得润电子股份有限公司与德国Kromberg&Schubert公司（简称Kroschu公司）合资成立的全新公司。合资双方旨在通过建立长期战略合作伙伴关系，实现各自优势资源的有效整合，致力为中国汽车客户提供优质、可靠，更具创造价值的产品和服务。
    得润电子与德国Kroschu公司合资项目最早于2012年1月10日在广州省江门市正式成立，主要为一汽-大众供应奥迪A3/高尔夫A7等汽车线束产品。目前合资公司已经成功赢得一汽-大众ABS线束及奥迪A4L下一代线束业务，为此计划在长春建立新工厂。
    新公司位于风景秀丽的净月开发区，占地面积40000平方米，计划招聘员工1200人，预计2015年8月正式投产。
