职位描述：
岗位职责
1、 为公司提供市场趋势，需求变化，竞争对手和客户反馈等方面的准确信息；
2、 客户档案和销售资料的管理；
3、 负责本部门客户划分，区域人员配置，对团队的整体目标负责，带领团队完成销售任务；
4、 关注区域内所有客户销售变化及收款情况，对于问题客户要求销售工程师及时跟进，督促销售按账期内收款；
5、 组织召开周例会，对下属上周工作情况给出指导意见，并合理安排销售业务员的拜访客户；
6、 制定每周的工作计划；
7、 负责部门员工指导和培训工作；
8、 关注下属工作结果、状态及心态，适当给予推动作用；

任职要求
1、具有本科及以上学历。
2、工业自动化或机电类、半导体封装类相关专业毕业。
3、拥有至少三年以上销售管理类工作经验。
4、具有良好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，熟悉电脑操作。
5、工作独立性强、效率高、性格乐观、有较好的抗压能力。
6、分析判断、说服能力强，有主见性。
