职位描述：
岗位职责：1、 负责制定辖区内市场推广计划，包括培训场次、活动场次，同时总结培训效果、活动执行效果
2、 能把握培训要点，自行撰写培训课件
3、 有较强的产品售卖技巧，较好执行门店导购人员的产品销售技巧培训及实战演示帮扶
4、 负责辖区内培训资源的统筹，汇总及效能分析
5、 其他阶段性项目工作执行
任职要求：
1、 中专及以上学历，熟悉母婴行业，营养、食品、幼师、早教、营销等相关专业毕业，具有1年以上工作经验。
2、 亲和力强，态度积极、有进取心、能吃苦耐劳，能独立开展推广培训等工作项目
3、 能承担工作压力，适应出差，有较强的团队合作意识、服务意识、组织责任感
4、 熟练掌握常规办公软件，有较强的PPT编辑技能 举报 分享
