Material management

v To give support to Material Management Responsible during his visit in China

v To visit as per instruction of Site Manager the several suppliers paying attention to quality

and delay of the supply

v To issue report of the visits to suppliers

v To plan the dispatch of material to site according to the planning agreed with the Site

Manager

Planning of material deliveries and erection activities:

v To plan the logistic on the site under the supervision of the Site Manager

Monitoring of deliveries on the site in respect of Time and Quality:

v To classify the risk level of deliveries with reference to: time, complexity, supplier, and any

other risk parameter

v To plan the material flow

v To check and verify the conformity of the materials and pre

assembled parts

v To monitor the progress of work and to solicit the supplier for the respect of time of

delivery

v To manage the material and the quality of material

Assistance to the Site Manager

v To support the Site Manager in all activities on the site

v To support the Site Manager in the daily organization of the office on site:

Daily email checking and send reply for the same in consent with site manager

.

Daily labour report updating and staff presently report to Head Office Pune

.

Preparation of Minutes of Meeting for Client and Suppliers (sub

contractors) meetings

.

Arrangement of all the documents, test certificate and report in respect with the project

.

Payments follow up with client and updating financial records for the same

.

Office administration – Telephone, Internet, LAN, Water, electricity etc
