1、负责公司物流管理，制定物流配送、货品管理方案并负责实施及日常物流运行监控；
2、对供应链、物流运作、库房管理运作、人员管理等方面的数据进行搜集、分析和总结；
3、提高物流效率，降低物流费用，确保对销售一线的支持，提高物流满意度；
4、负责物流部规划设计及内部资源整合；
5、公司供应链工作的推进，有效的选择和管理第三方物流。负责与合作方论证、谈判，寻求最佳合作方式；
6、负责物流行业信息收集、分析和市场调研。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，物流相关专业毕业。年龄25－35岁；
2、熟悉物流行业法规政策，具有2年以上实际物流工作的操作经验，其中至少2年以上部门经理的管理经验。具有大型第三方物流行业经验者优先；
3、熟悉物流市场及物流相关企业，了解电商物流体系及线下物流市场；
4、较强的工作规划和分析能力，善于沟通和协作，丰富的业务谈判经验，卓越的团队管理能力；
5、有物流职业经理认证、国际物流职业资格认证（ILT）者优先；
6、能够承受较大的工作压力；
7、具有一定的电脑操作能力。
