Responsibilities:

To act as a translator/facilitator/assistant to the site supervisor:

1. Assist the site supervisor in translating construction drawings, documents and instructions to subcontractors.

2. Work with supervisors on a daily basis and coordinate with supervisors, the installation company and other parties to ensure smooth operation of the project.

3. Other task assigned by the supervisor.

Criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years' working experience;

2. Previous working in a similar role or in construction industry preferred;

3. Fluent in both English and Chinese, written and oral;

4. Good communication and negotiation skills;

5. Locate in Nanchang, Jiangxi; or willing to work in Nanchang for at least 1 year.

6. Male preferably.
