Cost control
- Manage cost information, including budget, latest estimates and expenditures based on requirement of project;
- Establish and collect necessary information to adequately monitor and control the cost of a project;
- Monitor the physical progress (work performed) consistent with the work breakdown structure and estimate;
- Monitor and track the actual quantity of work installed;
- Analyse/report the efficiency of work performed (labour (MH) productivity and unit costs);
- Perform the necessary cost evaluation, projection, and analysis required for proper cost control and reporting;
- Review and check EPCM report in terms of status of cost to date, estimated cost to complete, comparison to target estimates, cash and expenditure forecasts, contingency and escalation evaluations, and reports of major changes.
