Responsibilities:
1.Complete traction motor development, design, optimization according to the contract requirements, and defined interface constraints.
根据合同要求完成牵引电机的开发、设计、优化工作;定义接 口限制条件
2.Complete AC traction motor electromagnetic calculation and motor cooling analysis for all types of rail vehicle traction motors, up to 1MW
完成1000kW及以上交流牵引电机的电磁计算和散热结构分析
3.Prepare and implement motor design and development planning, and organize design reviews.
制定并执行电机设计开发计划，组织设计评审
4.Complete the motor drawings, and prepare the technical documents (BOM, technical specification, test document, etc.)
设计产品图纸，并完成技术资料的编制（物料清单、技术规范、测试大纲等）
5.Lead prototype motor production and type test. Conduct analysis to confirm performance, address identified problems or introduce design improvements (e.g. to improve performance, structure, manufacturability, maintainability, etc.)
负责样机的试制和测试分析，性能结构优化；找出问题或者进行设计 改善（例如，改进性能，结构，可知造型，可维护性，等等）
6.Provide technical support during tender stage, analysis and solving of the unexpected problems during operational service.
对产品的投标技术支持，分析和处理售后服务中的突发问题
7.Provide training to develop motor design capabilities of colleagues within the Engineering Department.
对工程部同事进行提高电机设计能力的培训
8.Finishing the other work required by leader.
完成领导要求的其它工作

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in motor or other related majors.
电机或相关专业本科以上学历
2.More than 5 years experience of traction motor R&D; 3 years in electromagnetic calculation is a must.
五年以上牵引电机研发工作经验；至少3年电磁计算经验
3.Proven expertise and competence in the successful design and development of ac traction motors, plus relevant knowledge of propulsion systems and development condition of the industry.
有成功设计研发交流电机的经验和能力；了解牵引系统领域相关知识及本行业情况
