Responsibilities:

l Lead a team of scientists on bioconjugation, cell based assay and ELISA based assay, etc.

l Cooperating with internal functional teams on interdisciplinary projects.

l Preparing and presenting reports in internal or external meetings.

Requirements:

l Ph. D in biology or related field with 2+ years of postgraduate experience with a good track record of research. Bioconjugation and bioassay experience is a plus.

l Experienced in problem solving, experimental design and data analysis.

l Capability of coordinating internal functional teams for interdisciplinary projects and data presenting skill.

l Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English, hard working, perform under pressure and experience in team management.

l Team-work, flexibility, independent.
