职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities:
1.收集市场数据, 进行客户及竞争对手分析
Collect market data and analysis the customer and competitor
2.准备相关白皮书和蓝皮书,负责组织各种评审,获得批准
Prepare relevant white book and blue book, be responsible for different review, getting approval
3.负责投标相关事宜,使其符合市场、价格及产品战略
In charge of biding tasks in accordance with the market, pricing and product strategies
4.负责合同谈判和合同签订。
In charge of negotiating and signing the contract with customer
5.负责与客户联系,建立良好的业务关系,负责外部的商务沟通(参加展览会和技术交流)
Communicate with customers, establish a good business relationship with them,In charge of external business communications (participation in fairs/exhibitions and technical presentation)
6.负责本岗位在HSE、BOS体系中的有关职责.
In charge of related HSE/BOS responsibility of this position.
7.完成领导要求的其它工作。
Fulfill the other work required by leader
任职要求Qualifications:
1.本科及以上学历。3年以上相关工作经验,2年以上本行业管理工作经验
At least bachelor degree.Have more than 3 years relevant work experience and 2 more years’ management experience in same trade.
With relevant science major in electrical automation etc
2.电气自动化等理工类相关专业或国贸专业。
With relevant science major in electrical automation etc or international trade.
3.有良好的时间管理能力,能激励他人,有良好的判断力和创造力.
Have good time management skills, can motivate others, have good judgment and creativity.
4.良好的人际关系、沟通能力和团队精神,工作积极主动。
Have good personnel relationships, ability of communication, team spirit and is active and initiative in work.
5.英语听说写能力强,并能熟练操作Office软件。
Excellent English ability of listening, speaking and writing.Be familiar with official software operation
6.热爱销售工作,有进取心,结果导向型,熟悉产品知识,诚实守信,善于人际交往,能敏锐地发现和满足客户需求。
Love sales work, have enterprises, results oriented style, Be familiar with products knowledge, Be honest and believable, Be good at interpersonal communication, can acutely find and satisfy customers’ requirements
7.能经常出差,有较好的客户资源,有较好的管理能力和协调能力,有一定的市场分析、预测能力,能提出完成的项目获取计划
Can take business trip frequently, Have better customer resources, Have better management and coordination ability, Can make analysis of the market, have forecast ability, be able to submit a complete project obtained plan.
