WORKING JOB TITLE: FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

BASIC FUNCTION:

Responsible for financial planning and analysis, business case analysis to support the growth business.

ORGANIZATION LOCATION:

Shanghai, China

REPORTING

Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, China

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Assist in Forecast/Budget mainly responsible for OPEX, HC, CAPEX consolidation and analysis

? Vega Forecast/Budget submission for small units

? OPEX allocation

? Monthly tracking on OPEX by nature, by department and provide business rational variance commentary

? Regular actual reporting preparation/consolidation (e.g. One Timer, Country Report, Finance Business Review)

? Business partner for Service including both Forecast/Budget and Actual tracking performance (e.g. total P&L analysis, revenue analysis (contract, spare part etc), hour tracking (available hours, GFS reported hour vs. SAP hour), extended warranty reserve, outsourced service expenses etc)

? Key co-ordinator/analyst for PPT, FTO and direct sales deals communication, verification with Sales Team

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED/QUALIFICATIONS:

? University graduate or above, preferably majoring in accounting/finance

? Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis in MNCs, preferably with health care industry experience

? Good data analysis capability and computer and ERP skills (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, SAP)

? Able to work independently and within a team and to perform under pressure/tight deadline

? Highly analytical, strong written and verbal communication skills.

? High level of data accuracy and good format of presentation

? Fluent in English and Mandarin: Written and Oral
