Essential Functions:
1.Independently perform compound evaluation in most ADMET assays.
2.Use advanced and specialized scientific skills, such as cell culture and robotics, to conduct ADMET assays.
3.Take primary responsibility for one or more ADMET assays, including training of others.
4.Comply with relevant Standard Operating Procedures applicable to the job tasks.
5.Keep experimental records in notebooks or study files.
6.Address scientific/technical issues or interpret data to sponsors if necessary.
7.Serve as a technical resource within the group for ADMET studies.
8.Propose solutions to difficult technical problems
9.Participate with supervisor in the development and validation of ADMET assays.
10.Work with supervisor and other teams to schedule ADMET assays.
11.Share responsibility for use and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
12.Follow established safety requirements and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Technical Skills / Knowledge:
1.Has established a high level of proficiency in experimental methods and techniques relevant to scientific discipline.
2.Functions as an expert in concepts, theories and experimental methods relevant to scientific discipline.
3.Demonstrates consistent, strong proficiency and broad knowledge in scientific discipline.
4.Increased understanding of relevant technical concepts as well as literature and data base searching.
5.Collaboratively researches and proposes methodologies for projects.
6.Attention to detail and concern for impact is essential.

Independence/ Accountability:
1.Accountable for individual goals and outcomes.
2.Receives minimal instruction on new assignments.
3.Receives no instructions on routine work and determines next step with guidance.
4.Customary Education and Experience:
5.Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry or related discipline with greater than 5 years experience in a laboratory environment.
6.Master’s Degree with greater than 0-5 year experience
