1、与业务部门紧密沟通，了解招聘需求，协助重点岗位的招聘运作，包括人才搜寻、面试和评估、与业务部门协调、促成招聘决定、录用商谈、确保顺利入职；

2、与业务部门紧密沟通，积极有效地跟踪管理业务部门员工关系，包括但不限于新员工试用期维护，定期良好的沟通与员工关怀，及复杂劳动关系的处理；

3、负责实施公司人员通用类培训工作，包括制定培训计划、培训需求收集、培训评估，实施入职培训与在职培训工作；

4、协助上级对各岗位进行工作分析、制定并完善各岗位的职位说明书，并协助上级建立和完善公司职级体系；

5、上级领导交代的其他工作事宜。

任职资格：

1、全日制本科以上学历，特别优秀者可放宽至专科；

2、有半导体、自动化非标、或制造业相关背景的优先；

3、重招聘、培训，有一年及以上人事管理工作经验，有HRBP或全流程人事主管经验者优先；

4、性格好，有影响力，能够将人力资源制度导入到业务部门并及时获得反馈；

5、岗位急招，可及时到岗者优先。

工作时间：9:00-17:30 周末双休
